Banana, Raspberry, Chia, Yogurt Smoothie
- 1/2 banana
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or vanilla doTERRA Slim Shake
- 1/2 cup almond milk or water if preferred
- 1 pinch nutmeg and cinnamon optional
- a handful of ice more based on thickness preference!
- Place all ingredients except for the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
- Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth.
- Pour in a glass and enjoy.
