Equipment

  • blender
  • glass

Ingredients

  • 1/2 banana
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder or vanilla doTERRA Slim Shake
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or water if preferred
  • 1 pinch nutmeg and cinnamon optional
  • a handful of ice more based on thickness preference!

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients except for the ice in a high-speed blender and puree until smooth.
  • Add a handful or two of ice and pulse again until smooth.
  • Pour in a glass and enjoy.

Notes

For a thicker smoothie, add more ice. If you’re using a frozen banana or frozen berries, you may need less ice and more almond milk or water. Don’t love raspberries? Use blueberries or strawberries. You can leave out the berries also!
